1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x666d" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service available at x666d.net, operated under international licensing standards.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on x666d or accesses x666d services.
• "Account" means a registered x666d player account associated with a unique username, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by x666d that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by x666d before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the x666d platform.
• "PSL" means Pakistan Super League , the domestic Twenty20 cricket competition in Pakistan, betting markets for which are available on x666d.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to x666d is restricted under applicable law or x666d's internal compliance policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an x666d account or accessing any part of the x666d platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the x666d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of x666d and close your account.

These Terms supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between you and x666d relating to the subject matter herein. x666d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the x666d platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to real-money gaming and betting services on x666d is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of x666d.
• You are accessing x666d voluntarily and are not a compulsive or problem gambler.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of x666d or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money features on x666d, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all x666d account registrations:

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registered details current. x666d may request updated documentation at any time to confirm that your account information remains accurate.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active x666d account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. x666d employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x666d will close all associated accounts and may forfeit balances held therein.

4.3 Account Ownership

Your x666d account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other individual. You may not allow third parties to deposit funds into, place bets through, or withdraw from your x666d account on your behalf.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x666d login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. x666d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

You must notify x666d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. x666d reserves the right to lock your account pending a security review upon receiving such notification or upon identifying suspicious activity through its own monitoring systems.

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on x666d are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x666d accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the x666d deposit screen at the time of transaction. x666d reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your x666d account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of your bank. x666d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Deposit Source

All funds deposited into your x666d account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. x666d will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.4 Currency

x666d operates exclusively in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by x666d. Any conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside x666d's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on x666d are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Verification Requirement

x666d requires successful KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold. Required KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. x666d may request additional documentation at its discretion.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes for fully verified x666d accounts. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one to two business days. x666d does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

x666d applies an Anti-Money Laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any excess withdrawal amount may be processed to an alternative verified method at x666d's discretion.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

x666d periodically offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the x666d registration process and, where specified, have made a qualifying deposit of the minimum required amount in PKR.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified for each offer. Bonus balances and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated deadline.
• x666d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a Player and subject to an active wagering period will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless x666d's offer terms explicitly permit stacking.
• x666d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of x666d's promotional systems is identified.

9. Casino Games & Sportsbook

9.1 Game Availability

x666d's casino and sportsbook products are made available on a best-efforts basis. x666d does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of any specific game, market, or feature. x666d reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games and betting markets at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Fairness & RNG

All casino games available on x666d are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) software is independently audited for fairness. x666d does not control the outcomes of games supplied by third-party providers and cannot be held responsible for technical faults originating within third-party game software.

9.3 Sportsbook & Odds

x666d offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket — including Pakistan Super League, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches — as well as a range of other sports. Odds displayed on x666d are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by x666d, the odds are locked and will not change unless the relevant event is voided or the bet is settled as a result of an obvious error.

9.4 Void Bets

x666d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that resulted from a manifest error, including but not limited to system errors, pricing errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's x666d account balance. x666d's decision on void bets is final.

10. Responsible Gaming

x666d is committed to the responsible provision of online gaming services. The following responsible gaming provisions form a mandatory part of your agreement with x666d:

• x666d provides voluntary deposit limit, session time limit, loss limit, and cooling-off period tools accessible from your x666d account dashboard.
• Self-exclusion from x666d can be requested at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from one month to permanent exclusion.
• Players who have self-excluded from x666d must not attempt to register new accounts during the exclusion period. x666d will close any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and will void any bets placed through such accounts.
• x666d reserves the right to close or restrict any account where x666d reasonably believes that the Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, even in the absence of a self-exclusion request from the Player.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x666d and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one x666d account or providing false identity information during registration.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets on x666d.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to exploit x666d's bonus systems or game mechanics.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud through x666d.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in x666d's platform to generate illegitimate profit.
• Placing bets with the benefit of insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward x666d staff or other players through any communication channel.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the x666d platform — including but not limited to the x666d brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, and marketing materials — are owned by or licensed to x666d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use x666d's intellectual property for any commercial purpose. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any x666d content is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x666d's total liability to any Player for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of x666d — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Player's x666d account at the time the relevant claim arises.

x666d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use x666d's platform, irrespective of whether x666d was advised of the possibility of such losses.

x666d does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or security breach at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to x666d services.

14. Privacy & Data

x666d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at x666d.net/privacy-policy. By registering an x666d account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. x666d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

x666d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. x666d will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of x666d following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your x666d account before the amendments take effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards under which x666d is operated. In the event of any dispute between a Player and x666d that cannot be resolved through x666d's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
